A distinguished gentleman is captured crudely but effectively in graphite. The man, with his balding head, prominent nose, and wispy moustache and goatee, embodies the elegance of the turn of the century. Despite the simplicity of the sketch, the subject retains a sense of elegance, offering a nostalgic glimpse into a comfortable but bygone time.
